RSVPs are requested for Friday Sessions I & II, and for the two optional Product Theaters on Saturday - Breakfast and Lunch (selections are made during registration process). These optional sessions are included with your registration fee. CME is NOT available for Saturday's Breakfast or Lunch Sessions.

CME Certificates are issued online after completing the Speaker Evaluations and the Overall Survey. Your email address will be required for login. A link to the login page will be available at on the first day of the meeting. Surveys must be completed by February 11, 2018.
