All participants must register and pay the appropriate fee. Registration fee covers lectures,
breakfast and lunch sessions, digital syllabus, digital slides and coffee breaks.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
CME Certificates are issued online after completing the Speaker Evaluations and
the Overall Survey.
Your email address will be required for login to the Conference Event website. A link to the login page will be available at sandiegoheartfailure.com (select February Meeting) on Thursday, February 8. Surveys must be completed by March 4, 2024.
OPTIONAL INDUSTRY SESSIONS (included with registration, subject to change)
On Friday and Saturday there are two Product Theatre presentations are being planned. These optional sessions are included with your registration fee. CME is NOT available for for these sessions.
