ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
RSVPs are requested for the Friday Sessions and for the two optional Sessions on Saturday - Breakfast and Lunch (selections are made during registration process). CME is NOT available for the Friday Reception Session, Saturday Breakfast Session, or the Saturday Lunch Session.

CME Certificates are issued online after completing the Speaker Evaluations and the Overall Survey. Your email address will be required for login. A link to the login page will be avialalbe at ccmmeetings.com on the first day of the meeting.
